A Hiding Place
A Hiding Place is tucked away in a park in the middle of the city's hustle and bustle, which is part of what makes it so special.
I visited it several times while working on this painting – apparently not enough to finish it right away. That's the story of my life: I get 95% of a painting done, and then spend years trying to complete the last 5%.
This is actually my first finished painting in a year and a half, so it feels like a big deal.
I'm especially grateful to my friends, and to Pedro in particular, for encouraging me to return to art.❤️
